Mon Dieu! Here's How To Celebrate Bastille Day The L.A. Way

LACMA's French Film Fridays
If you're only familiar with the Disney version of Beauty and the Beast, prepare to be blown away at LACMA's screening of Jean Cocteau's La Belle et la Bête. The film (released in 1946, mind you), features Beauty weeping tears of diamonds and real, human arms emerging from the walls of Belle's castle to light the way.
When: Friday, July 13, 7:30 p.m.
Where: LACMA, 5905 Wilshire Boulevard (at South Fairfax Avenue); 323-857-6000.
