    Ever wonder how a star chef tackles tailgating? Well, it's not with chips and dip. To prove our point, we tapped Chicago's leading lady chef — Stephanie Izard — for three easy-to-follow recipes that taste as good as the food you'll find on the menu at her near-impossible-to-get-into restaurant, Girl & The Goat.

    Using sauces and rubs from her brand-new line, Izard came up with a trio of creative dishes that are sure to wow the hard-to-please foodies in your life. But, we swear the less-adventurous eaters in your posse will love them, too.
