New Space, Same Amaze Classes — It's Time To Revisit Flex



2When it comes to staying fit, we're willing to try just about any type of workout that promises a great result. What workouts are worth the burn, you ask? Well, we've never hid our obsession with Flex Pilates, a hot workout from Hollywood that blends traditional Pilates and dynamic strength training for an amazing full-body workout. If you have yet to check it out, there's never been a better time, as its brand-new studio just opened. To celebrate, there will be workshops, special classes, and yes, even vino.

For starters, you can sign up for the Vino and Vinyasa event ($25, reserve your spot here) taking place this Sunday, March 3, at 4 p.m. After enduring 90 minutes of yoga by candlelight (all levels welcome, y'all!), you can mingle with your fellow Flex fans over your love of the grape. Hey, we like the work-hard-play-hard approach!

If you're looking to commit for more than just one day at a time, a variety of boot camps begin on March 11. With offerings from the ripe hour of 6 a.m. to after work, there really is no excuse why you can't give it a shot. Finally, for all of those serious planners out there, Flex's grand-opening party will take place on Wednesday, April 10, which promises to be filled with healthy eats, good tunes, cocktails, swag, and special one-night discounts.
