We're not gonna lie — it takes a lot to get us excited about going to the gym. And at this point in the new year, we're a little desperate for motivation. So, we were obvi intrigued when The Washington Post's Going Out Gurus tried five new, cool, and kinda weird workouts you can do in downtown D.C. and the 'burbs.
Bouncing on a giant trampoline and doing flips like a superhero? Hanging in mid-air and striking yoga poses? Those actually sound wild enough to get us up and off to the gym without a second thought (and not a single excuse). What does it take you to get off the couch and into a pair of sneaks?
