Bold Lips

Step 1: Opt for a light-reflecting liquid matte foundation, such as MAC Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation, and prep your lips with a moisturizing balm. A soft, cool eyeshadow will balance out the bold lip in this look; Blair used MAC eyeshadow in Omega, a muted beige-taupe. Starting at the inner corner of your eye, buff the shadow from the lashline up to the crease and to the outer corner.
