"There are a few pastry chefs that I have admired since I started working in this industry, but the one that stands out for me would have to be Emily Luchetti. I have always admired her work, it's simple yet so elegant."

"I am always looking to try new recipes, especially if I'm cooking for someone, but Italian food is definitely a favorite of mine to make."

How is dating in the industry? Do you have time?
"There's always time for that. I think making time for yourself and your personal life is very important."
