Imagine: Just as soon as you think, "I could really use a pair of flats," BOOM your Kmart concierge is by your side —literally. Yes, someone will actually come to help you (in two hours or less — a.k.a the time it takes to get from Lincoln Center to anywhere). And, to celebrate the launch of this heaven-sent ordeal they've (what else?) made a cute little video chronicling the uses (and likely, the abuses) of the program starring familiar faces like John Januzzi, Andrew Mukamal, Ray Siegel, Christina Cardona, Faran Krentcil, and Chrissie Miller herself (designer of the #FashionWeekProblems tee, available at Kmart).
