Perfectionism
When the hair and makeup teams show their options to the designer, everything must look perfect — exactly as they would present it at the show. If the designer likes the look, he will expect the team to replicate it at the show. Detailed notes are taken on the products used and the specific steps taken to achieve them. Both hair and makeup tend to take their time creating the looks in order to ensure everything is just right — unlike backstage at the actual show, there's no rushing around here.
