What’s been one of your most memorable jobs?
"Working with Alicia Silverstone in Malibu was a memorable shoot. The whole time I felt like I was working with Cher Horowitz from Clueless!"
What's special about being a stylist in S.F., versus NYC or L.A.?
"I feel that San Francisco was a great place to start a styling career. Being able to live in such a beautiful, livable city and do this type of work is really rare. I work as a local in L.A. and NYC and have been traveling there more. But it’s always nice to come home to this gorgeous city and my fiancé in our cute '20s flat."
Do you have a signature look when styling someone?
"Depending on the job, it shifts. I usually tend to lean toward 'less is more' on advertising jobs and always style the wardrobe a bit undone. When styling an editorial, I often throw in a bit of vintage to keep the looks original. My styling usually embodies a '60s French vibe — think Jane Birkin and Lou Doillon."
