Hurricane Sandy — True, the disaster didn't have a direct fashion impact. Yet, all of NYC felt Sandy's wrath, and that includes designers, boutiques, and, hey, us, too. The capital of American fashion was forced to regroup, take stock, and face a city forever changed.
