What is your office uniform and how do you transform this look for evening? 
"I prefer to wear pants to work and like the cropped style, especially in the warmer months. The Equipment top is a great transition piece because it can tie up. Showing a little midriff, making the neckline more dramatic by buttoning to the top, and layering on a bold necklace makes this work-appropriate, day outfit a sophisticated night ensemble." To transition into a night time look... Hilary ties up her Equipment top, leaves her work bag at the office, and layers on a dramatic necklace. She also ties her hair up and amps up her makeup.

How do you dress when you're not on the clock and how do you incorporate that aesthetic into your professional attire ? 
"I have a pretty classic style but love edgier accessories. At work I accent outfits of neutral colors (tan, black, or white) with brightly-colored flats (have a pair of rainbow tie-dyed ones that I love), or earthier earrings and bangles. In and out of the office I love sweaters — such as the mesh ones that are everywhere now — that can come off as either casual or dressy based on what you wear underneath or on the bottom."
