Because gone are the days of the Kelly Kapowski belly barer, and while the super-slouchy, scoop neck or soft cotton cropped tee certainly has a time and a place, there is a new generation of shrunken shirts that, if not quite work appropriate, could make an appearance at a high profile event (just ask Rooney).
