Texas-born David Peck studied at Parsons Paris before returning home to launch his quirky, cause-oriented collection. For his three seasons, he has used "seasonal inspirations," like a trip to New Orleans or the Gulf Coast, for his designs, then returned 10% of profits to a related cause. The bright colors and summery skirts, then, are just an added plus.
