It's easy to forget that Tavi's only 15. The mini publishing maven has a blog, a website, a zine, and unspeakable numbers of projects under her (probably '90s vintage) belt. But, when she hopped in our fash cab (of which she's technically not even allowed to drive yet), we got the sense that even though she's seen the fashion world through-and-through, she's still far from jaded. In fact, we got the scoop from the ever-ebullient Tavster about high school, her favorite designers, and a hidden talent she shares with fellow crazy-dresser, Nicki Minaj.
