
Maldon Sea Salt Tollhouse Cookies
Tollhouse cookies, original recipe (it ain't broke, so don't fix it!)
1.5 tbsp Maldon Sea Salt
Make cookies as directed, but omit salt from the recipe.
After spooning your dough onto baking sheets, sprinkle each cookie-to-be with a pinch of Maldon. This is a high-quality, flaked sea salt, so just a teensy pinch packs a crunchy punch.
Bake as directed, and plate ‘em up.
