Roasted Chestnut Tea at Lovejoy’s Tea Room
This charming, kitschy Noe Valley outpost (think: crocheted tablecloths and fine English china) used to only offer Roasted Chestnut Tea seasonally. Lucky for us, the drink became so popular Lovejoy now serves it year-round. And, we can totally see why — the sweet, satisfying maple flavor tastes like liquid pancakes (yum!). Like all of Lovejoy’s offerings, you can either order it by the bottomless pot ($9) or as part of a variety of “Tea Services” (from $14.95 and up), served with proper high-tea sides like scones, biscuits, and fresh fruit.
