“No one can deny you or grant you anything. It all comes to you by virtue of your vibration…If you have the ability to desire it, the Universe has the ability to deliver it. You’ve just got to line up with what you want, which means…

Be as happy as you can be as often as you can be there, and let everything else take care of itself.” Abraham Hicks

A wonderful teacher of mine often talked about the vibration of different words. Because everything has an energy, including thoughts and emotions, what you say is just as important. There are two specific words that you should strike from your vocabulary right now to raise your vibration. “Can’t” and “try” are automatically putting limits out to the universe. They embody a mindset of defeat which is wrapped in being stuck or wavering in your decision. Your words are creating your future. Consider if the universe was ready to grant you whatever you asked (hint: it is). So, instead of “try” say “I will consider it.” Or instead of “can’t” say “ I will find out” or “I choose to.”

If you are making statements such as:
“Life is one big disappointment after another.”
“I’ll never have enough money.”
“I can’t find a good boyfriends/girlfriend/partner.”

Instead say:
“I am fully supported in all that I do.”
“My desires come to me with grace and ease.”

In order to raise your vibration and have a clearer declaration to the universe of what you want, replace these two words and be mindful of what you say. Consider what you are not committing to and where are you holding back. Where are you not making a decision in your life?
