This is a wedding done right. Miles and Mya decided to tie the knot at the gorgeous Farm and Wilderness Summer Camp in Vermont, which Miles attended as a kid. It was a three-day affair full of swimming, hiking, campfires, square dancing, music-making, and simply enjoying the company of friends and family.

It was also a completely unplugged wedding, which means cell phones were forbidden the whole weekend.

It was especially fun for me because I met Miles on an artist program in Mali, West Africa. We have many fun memories from that time abroad, so it was lovely to be able to celebrate with him. This was definitely one of the most laid-back weddings I’ve ever shot, and it was great to be out in nature! I think unplugging is an absolutely great way to do a wedding. It's surprising how refreshing it is.
