What would you consider your full-time job? How do you make ends meet as an artist?
"I am also a freelance makeup artist, and still get commissioned to draw portraits and illustrations."

You moved to Richmond to go to school — what keeps you there post-graduation?
"I chose to stay in Richmond because it is such an easy and exciting city to live in. It’s interesting, because as laidback as everyone is here, there are so many creative and talented people in this city that are gaining momentum and making things happen. Also, the food scene here is growing like crazy. Such good food is coming out of this city, and I couldn’t be happier!"
