Pasta Tasting Menu at BABBO

"A few years ago, my oldest friends and I wanted to have a special way to remember a friend that had died. A decadent wine and pasta-filled dinner was really just the best way to remember him. I mean…a pasta tasting menu, each with a wine pairing. I think I felt the need to lay down in between courses toward the end. That should be part of the menu."
