Fellas, THIS Is How You Pull Off Velvet!

eddie
We're going to go out on a limb and say there's very little Eddie Redmayne could wear that would make him look bad. If he didn't want to wear anything at all — hey, that would work, too.
It's part of the circle of celeb life, we suppose. Ryan Gosling took away Jake Gyllenhaal's mantle of male-of-the-moment. Then Channing stole Ry's spotlight. Now, we think it's Eddie's turn (a.k.a. be prepared to see him grace the covers of every lad mag in existence). We're not hating it. In fact, this Brit smokeshow might just be the most dapper of the pack. And damn, he knows how make clothes look good.

Indeed, Redmayne proved his sartorial stripes yet again last night at the London premiere of
Les Miserables
, filling out the Skinny Fit Velvet suit from Burberry Prorsum's fall '12 collection. In a rich indigo green that's perfect for the holiday-party circuit, the ginger obviously know the colors that bring out his cheekbones best side.

Of course, Redmayne's no stranger to Burberry — he's constantly looking luxe (and a little louche) in the brand's campaigns, sometimes posing with Cara Delevingne, sometimes smoldering solo. The bottom line? For all you guys scared you can't pull off a velvet suit, Red's here to show you how it's done. For a cool £995, you can even buy the exact model he's rocking on the red carpet. We think the ladies will agree that the price tag doesn't look too bad right about now.
