The Kitchen
"Spring is an ideal time to clean out your pantry of expired food items. If the project seems too daunting, break it down into short spurts of focused organizing time. Each time you turn on the coffee to brew, tackle a shelf. While you are waiting for water to boil, gather all those plastic grocery bags that are taking up so much valuable real estate and stuff them into an empty tissue box. (Toss or recycle the rest.) While vegetables are roasting, clean out a junk drawer. Use a damp paper towel to clean off the shelf or drawer before you put things back, and a wire shelf organizer to maximize all the storage space you have rediscovered in your cabinets."
