Dalia Luz Acevedo is a local fashion student with some serious skills (and a lot of patience!). The dress she's wearing in this photo was made entirely out of the pages of Vogue magazine as part of her final project for school. Our pal (and Etsy store owner) Dana Scruggs spotted her waiting for the El, and couldn't resist capturing the moment. We can't even begin to think how much time and effort went into creating this dress, and we've got our fingers crossed that she gets an A+. What are your thoughts on Dalia's gown?
