This candlelit lounge resides in one of the city's first skyscrapers, and was debatedly the tallest building in town until 1911. For obvious reasons, it's where all the downtown staffers head to drown their 9-to-5 sorrows: Onyx offers one-dollar oysters, six-buck apps (the Gorgonzola Tapenade is mouthwatering), and all cold beverages are under ten GWs, too!
