Fashion’s Favorite New York Store Gets A Serious Makeover

We're not going to lie — Dover Street Market is definitely one of the coolest stores we've ever visited. And, sure, the London emporium may be Rei Kawakubo's first baby, but the nearly year-old New York outpost is just as impressive, with its quirky art installations, exclusive collections, and a focus on all the emerging designers whose goods we just can't wait to get our hands on.
This past weekend, DSMNY kicked off its biannual "New Beginning" — a.k.a., a time when they switch out the winter wear for all the shiny new clothes you'll want when the warmer weather arrives (even if spring still seems light years away). And, this "New Beginning" is a big one.
Aside from introducing Idea Books's first permanent retail space in the United States, the store is presenting cool shoe brands like Arielle de Pinto and Gianvito Rossi, stunning baubles by the likes of Raphaele Canot, Sardo, and Shannon Nataf, and a really awesome Prada mural. Want to see what else is new? Click through to take a peek at some of the goodies you'll find at DSMNY right now.
