How would you sum up the working environment here?
"Dr. Martens as a company is known for rebellion and individuality, so the environment is very much an embodiment of that. It's a fun place to work, and being able to draw ideas from the footwear creatives generates a real buzz within the design office."

Do you have an office uniform? What do you like to wear everyday?
"Of course it's a pair of Dr. Martens boots. I normally like to wear some of our more directional designs, and if I'm doing that I will pair it with slim denim and a white tee."

What is your current favourite Dr. Martens product?
"I really like what we are doing with our accessories at the moment. The satchel is such a quintessentially British workwear item, and makes sense for a brand like Dr. Martens to do them. I also like our shirting line with cut-and-sew tartan panels. We are taking the classic oxford shirt and subverting it into something very Dr. Martens."
