tzatziki-ingredients

Easy-Peasy Greek Tzatziki
1 17.5 oz container Greek yogurt
1 cucumber
5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
4 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp sea salt (more if you prefer)

Peel the cucumber and scrape out seeds. Using the largest holes of a hand grater, grate the cucumber. In batches, place handfuls of the cucumber into a paper towel and strain, strain, strain. Remove as much liquid as you can, then set cucumbers aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Finally, stir in the cucumber, and leave to chill for at least 2 hours.
