Sweet & Spicy Red Pepper Hummus
2 cups canned chickpeas
2 tbsp. tahini
2 cloves garlic, minced (or pressed)
½ tsp. cumin
¼ c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 4 oz. jar roasted red peppers
½ tbsp. diced jalapeno peppers
½ red bell pepper, finely diced
Step 1: Throw it all in a blender.
Step 2: Blend.
