Tell us about some of these cool knickknacks on and around your area. Any funny or memorable stories behind them?
"The robot belonged to my boyfriend before we lived together. It used to be hot pink, then gold, and then it nearly made its way into the giveaway pile. I rescued it from impending doom! The binoculars were his first gift to me as a nod to my love of people-watching, and the lamp was a Christmas gift from my dad when I was in junior high!"

What do you think are the most important elements when building a balanced workspace?
"I think it is really important to have a clean, organized area, but with personal touches as well. I gather inspiration from continually changing the vignettes, but make sure I always have plenty of room to spread out, as well. You don’t want to be drowning in knickknacks and mementos."
