Miami’s installation of Art Walk has become a culturally rich, socially saturated event every second Saturday of the month. With a slew of places to go and things to see, there’s something to be said about hosting one of the better attended events that night. And not to toot our own horn or anything, but that’s exactly what we did this weekend.
In true Del Toro form, Miami’s style set arrived slippered-up in the brand’s signature styles to celebrate Matthew Chevallard’s highly anticipated collaboration with Alexander Mijares. With both gentlemen on hand to sign the first 24 pairs purchased, the limited-edition shoe sold out within the first few hours of the event, resulting in an unprecedented demand for the his-and-hers varieties.
