Black's Bar & Kitchen
Oysters are pretty much the unofficial food of D.C. — and the oyster happy hour may be one of the area's major dining innovations. We like Black's Bar & Kitchen for its take on the famous bivalves. From 4 to 7 p.m. on weekdays, the Bethesda venue offers local Chesapeake Bay oysters for $1 each, bowls of mussels for $6.50, and beers for $3.75, among other deals.
