Introducing The Most Guilt-Free Popsicles, Ever

Summer is a time of constant diet-cheating — from downing margaritas at happy hour, to the inevitable ice-cream-for-dinner breakdowns, it's rough going when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. It's not like we're going to go cold-turkey on desserts, so we rely on the weight loss powers-that-be to help us out. Luckily, wellness guru and (and seriously fit) David Kirsch has just launched his brand-new line of healthy popsicle recipes, accurately dubbed Kirsch Pops™, which have added benefits like vitamins and hangover detoxes. We've gotten our hands on the step-by-step instructions, and we're spreading the wealth health. These recipes have as few ingredients as possible, so kitchen-phobes need not fret — just stock up on your favorite David Kirsch products and get to freezin'.

Thermo Pop

Ingredients
1 stick pack of Thermo Bubbles
8 ounces coconut water

Instructions
Blend or shake well. Pour into ice pop maker and freeze. If using quick-freeze popsicle maker, leave in for no more than eight minutes.

Mocha Protein Pop

Ingredients
1 packet of Mocha Protein Plus
1/2 cup coconut water
1 shot of espresso
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a blender, mix together the coconut water, espresso, and chocolate protein powder on a low speed. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla and pulse to blend.
