When it comes to make-up, I much prefer playing up eyes over the lips: Something about cracking open a Chanel eyeshadow quad or Stila compact inspires the artist in me, even if I can't paint worth a damn. And though you can never go wrong with the traditional smoky eye, September's Vogue Nippon provides a brilliant variety of options for your peepers, including amazing, two-tone green ones for Iekeliene and a teal fantasy for Daul. Reminds me of the great, '80s-inspired eye make-up at Marc Jacobs' fall show. I think the verdict is in: This fall, the eyes have it! But then again, those perfect wine lips on the cover aren't too shabby, either. (The Fashion Spot)
