If you celebrate Passover — and even if you don't — you've probably had your fair share of matzo, the signature unleavened bread that's eaten during this festive season. On its own, matzo doesn't taste like much. I might even call it boring or bland. But, I recently found a silver lining: Matzo makes a great vehicle for so many flavors and toppings.
