Although there are locations of this Berkeley-based chain scattered all around The Bay, we have to say our favorite resides in The Castro. This large outpost is jammed with easy-to-navigate racks, which are organized by color and garment, making it a cinch to score an H&M dress for $5 or a 3.1 Phillip Lim jacket for $150. Let the bargain hunting begin!
