"For me, [fatherhood] means learning how to live all over again. Even when I'm just watching them play or talking to them, I feel like they are always teaching me something new and making me rethink assumptions and beliefs. The only really valuable thing I've tried to teach them is how to make coffee for Mom and Dad.

[The best part is] coming home and having them yell my name, run to the door, and jump on top of me. Of course, they also do that to the cat when she comes inside, so I probably shouldn't read too much into it."
