"Among many other things, [fatherhood is] an honor, it's a duty, and it's a chance to teach a brand-new person about the world... We're only just about four weeks into having Mira, so it's all really new and overwhelming and sometimes scary, but every day has held amazing moments. My dad had always said one of the most powerful moments as a parent is when you look into your baby's eyes, and they stare right back at you. It's true: It's a pretty great feeling. I'm so excited to learn more about Mira, and who she is, and who she will be. This is a challenge and a lot of it is hard, but it's fun, too."
