Best-dressed lists may be as ubiquitous as peplums and platforms in this town, but three ladies consistently make their marks on all of them: Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. And, we all know the ensembles of these busy bombshells don't just put themselves together! In the case of these three beauties, credit should be paid to mega-stylist Cher Coulter.

The U.K.-bred pro has been around the Tinseltown block for 10-plus years, building her awe-inspiring portfolio. And that's not all Coulter's been up to: She co-designs (with Bosworth) all of those JewelMint baubles we can't wait to get our hands (and necks and fingers) on — and AG Jeans has even tapped her for a collab due to hit racks early next year.

Naturally, we had to ask Coulter for a wardrobe consultation of our own, filled with unexpected finds and advice on how to rock these top picks just like her bevy of celebutantes do. Click through for your own session with the stylist … trust, it's so much cheaper than what she's billing by the hour!

However, whether you love them or hate them, there's no disputing that "ugly" read
