Last night was a groovy '80s flashback on Gossip Girl, which left us hankering for neon, skin-tight dresses, and lots of punk-y zippers. So when we saw this sexy retro zip-front minidress in fuchsia, we knew we had to have it--especially when it's only $78! Sort of like the neon yellow Narciso version from the spring '09 runways...but cheaper, more fun, and definitely more badass. How could you go wrong?
