Zoe Kazan
This Brooklyn resident's resume is growing at the speed of light! She wrote and starred in Ruby Sparks (if you didn't catch it this summer, you'll need to Netflix it, stat), and has flicks like The F Word with Daniel Radcliffe in the works. With a BA in theater from Yale, Kazan undoubtedly has brains, but her brazen red-carpet braun has really been keeping us on our toes. At the NYC premiere of her movie in July, she was racy in Dolce & Gabbana lace and tousled waves — a primo combo to spotlight her piercing blue eyes.
