Layer Skirts Over Dresses (courtesy of Diane Kruger) — If you've got a dress that'd make an awesome top, just throw another skirt on top of it. Make sure the skirt's in a thicker fabric than the dress, so there's no weird bunching going on. For real daredevils, choose a skirt that's a tad shorter than the dress, like Diane did, for a fun, ruffled lining.
