The huge social media following makes maintaining an active online presence a full-time job — just ask Ashley Torres, the company's social media manager. From discussing online ad campaigns and checking site traffic to writing an endless stream of tweets, posting Instas and responding to emails, days at the office are never dull for this savvy strategist.
Yet, Ashley still finds “me” time in managing her own blog (PursuitofShoes.com) and jamming to Queen B on her morning commute. If a fast-paced, coffee-fueled, hashtag-heavy lifestyle is your dream, read on for a taste of a day in the life.
7 a.m.: Alarm goes off and I instantly hit snooze number one. I'm a bad snoozer (trying to work on that) and usually don't get up until 7:30 or 8 a.m.
8 a.m.: Check emails and REVOLVE social channels to see if anything crazy happened overnight. You never know when you're going to get a 3K follower jump on Instagram. (Got to love our International fans!)
9 a.m.: Head out for my hour-long drive to the office, which calls for a pit stop at Starbucks (tall iced coffee in a grandé cup w/ milk & sweetener) and a lot of Beyoncé and Mariah Carey Spotify radio.
10 a.m.: Hopefully, I’m at my desk going through morning emails and checking on our KPIs for the Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest advertising campaigns that we're running.
10:30 a.m.: Social Media TB with my team about current projects (REVOLVExIggy), upcoming campaigns and #REVOLVEme (our shoppable Instagram gallery).
11 a.m.: Summer intern interviews. My favorite question is, "Describe the REVOLVE girl in three words?" — it seems easy, but always throws candidates for a loop.

12:15 p.m.: International meeting with our country coordinators who support social for channels like Weibo and VK. We have to fit a few days of #REVOLVEtakesChina in between our NY and Los Angeles Iggy Azalea concerts. We all giggle and say in unison #REVOLVEiseverywhere!
1 p.m.: Lunch at Chipotle or a quick run to Starbucks for coffee number two and a sausage breakfast sandwich. We don't have many options around REVOLVE HQ, unfortunately.
1:30 p.m.: Although it's not technically a part of my job (my awesome SM Coordinator kills it for us), I like to play on our Pinterest or respond to customer Tweets when I'm feeling stressed out.
2 p.m.: Call with our Facebook team and my SM manager to discuss current advertising campaigns and new product releases. We get really excited about social acquisition terms, like custom audiences and targeting.
2:45 p.m.: Take a quick peek at our REVOLVE social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) to see what people are talking about and engaging with. I secretly love to see the number of #REVOLVEme submissions we get every day and how people are styling their new product.
3 p.m.: Brand marketing meeting with our creative team to review #REVOLVExIggy and discuss what's next for fall. It's a secret, but I promise it will be good!
4 p.m.: Touch base with Iggy's team to make sure we're aligned on social language and imagery for the remainder of the campaign.
4:15 p.m.: Jump on a call with one of our favorite brands to discuss a co-branded social sweeps or Instagram takeover.
4:30 p.m.: Sign in to Google Analytics to check out social referral traffic from the day. Wow! Huge spike from Twitter thanks to our promotion of #REVOLVExIggy gift with purchase: get her new album free with a $100 purchase.
5 p.m.: Analyze some more data around influencer and blogger campaigns — #YAYnumbers — and sort through almost a full day’s worth of emails.
6 p.m.: We're all feeling a little sleepy and hungry, which means everyone heads straight to the snack cabinet. Cheetos are my go-to — I know, so bad!
6:15 p.m.: Look at tomorrow's calendar and realize (crap!) I need to prep for the monthly marketing meeting. Ninja PowerPoint skills are totally about to happen.
7 p.m.: Pack up and head to Manhattan Beach to have dinner with a good friend. The drive to MB is much better than my one-hour drive back to Beverly Hills. I tend to make dinner plans on the westside a lot to avoid traffic.
8 p.m.: Dinner and a few glasses of wine at MB post, probably Malbec or Syrah.
10 p.m.: Home: Time to finish tomorrow's personal blog post.
