DIY 2: Neon Wing-Tip Oxfords

The Supplies:
-A pair of nude oxfords or ballet flats. We got these for $30 at Buffalo Exchange.
-Neon spray paint. Fabric or floral spray paint is preferred because it’s less likely to chip.
-Masking tape
-Scissors
-Newspaper
