File Under Weird-But-Cool: Now You Can Play Mini Golf At The Museum

mini-golfslide
If you thought H Street NE was the only place you could relive your childhood with a round of putt-putt, think again: Earlier this week, the National Building Museum opened a miniature golf course designed by some of Washington's leading architects and landscape designers — and it's fully air-conditioned, too. Tickets are just $5 per person, or $3 if you choose to buy a ticket to the museum in addition (well worth it, we promise). Open through Labor Day, the museum's course serves as a perfectly quirky detour from the usual weekend routine. We spy a hole-in-one in the future, don't you?
When: Daily through September 3, during museum hours
Where: National Building Museum, 401 F Street NW; 202-272-2448
