13 Unbelievable Brunches You Gotta Try This Spring

Stringhe Di Funghi at Rosemary's
A vast majority of NYC restos consider themselves farm-to-table, but at Rosemary’s, the cuisine takes a roof-to-floor approach, mostly because its produce is grown directly atop its West Village kitchen. (Currently, they’re adding rooftop chickens, meaning the poultry may live in a better zip code than you do.) This light, yet satisfying combination of sauteed oyster mushrooms with prosciutto and poached eggs is fantastic, but taking it in with a breeze coming through the garage-style doors makes it one of the best midday-meals in the brunch-heavy neighb.
