French Toast at Maison Kayser
Paris’ best export isn’t the fashion — it’s Eric Kayser’s breads and pastries. The uptown location of Kayser’s internationally-acclaimed boulangerie is rather unbeknownst to downtown city dwellers, but any local will tell you: Balthazar’s got nothin’ on these loafs. Their not-too-sweet French toast starts off with the best brioche in town, and is topped with fresh berries and cream, rounding it out as an incredible, yet simple, egg-soaked brekkie.
