The next best thing to your grandma's apple pie are pies baked by a woman who learned baking from not one, but two grand dames. Most ingredients are sourced from the family farm in Felton, PA, while also using farm fresh eggs and milk from Park Slope Farmer's Market and Fishkill Farms. But who cares what's in them? We just want to get our hands on a slice of Rachel's chocolate cream pie. With a pretzel and dulce de leche crust topped with fresh whipped cream, we can finish off a whole pan in one sitting!
