Fab Fillmore Street boutique The Brooklyn Circus is welcoming the weekend with what they're dubbing "a night of boots and bourbon." Roughly translated: The BKC team will show dapper dudes who love their leather goods the proper way to care for those hides, all the while drinking some stiff liquor.
BKC shoppers are invited to bring a pair of leather footwear that they want to spiff up (a shoe shiner will be on hand to do the spiffing, free of charge), while lucky guests whose names are pulled will walk away with a myriad of prizes include Wolverine 1000 Miles shoe-care kits and a pair of Red Wing boots. Add to that a bunch of one-night-only discounts on classic BKC gear, and the introduction of the new Otter Wax shoe care line, and you've got yourself a great end-of-week event.
