Williamsburg needs another dive bar like a hole in the head, but a highbrow cocktail menu in a dive-like space? Now we're talking. The room feels as cozy and lived-in as your favorite neighborhood joint, but it thankfully lacks the sticky funk on the floor. In fact, it's quite chic, in a we're-not-trying-to-be-chic kind of way. But, the real drawl are the expertly crafted drinks.

Do you need to dress up in Brooklyn? Nah. But these days, you don't "need" to dress up anywhere, really. Dram isn't about needs, though, it's about wants, so we say don a throw-back frock and a badass neck piece and order a Manhattan. We know you want to.
