Yesterday was the star-studded premiere of Terrence Malick’s newest movie, Tree of Life, starring Brad Pitt. Though the flick, which won the Palme D’Or at Cannes, is a serious contender for the year’s best film, we couldn’t help but notice that there was a different kind of face-off taking place on the red carpet. Both of Pitt’s leading ladies from the film (newcomer Jessica Chastain) and off-screen love Angelina Jolie were rocking long, one-shouldered frocks. While Angelina’s coral red Jenny Packham gown was lovely, we also quite liked Jessica’s green Roland Mouret number.
